COMPARISON: The microSinterWave microwave dental furnaces are powerful upgrades / replacements for the Lava Furnace 200, and an excellent match for expediting final results with the 3M Lava milling system. The microwave technology utilized in the microSinterWave ovens can be set for 3M recommended sintering temperatures, and will produce the hardest possible finished framework at a fraction of the time and energy costs of a traditional electric sintering, usually in about 90 minutes compared to 8 hours.
